David Tsai is a Ph.D. student in Advanced Infrastructure Systems at Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include network modeling, optimization, transportation systems, machine learning, and social computing. He is passionate about uncovering insights from complex and large-scale network data, currently focusing on transportation networks.
